Instructions
The following instructions should be followed by people with:

Delayed sleep phase disorder
Start wearing the glasses 2 hours before you usually fall asleep. Then, you start 1 hour earlier every week until you have reached your preferred bedtime.
Example: John 20 years old, cannot sleep until 4am and therefore misses the first hours of school every day. He wants to be able to sleep from 11pm.
1st week: Chrono Chrome glasses (CC glasses) from 2am
2nd week: CC glasses from 1am
3rd week: CC glasses from midnight
4th week: CC glasses from 11pm
5th week: CC glasses from 10pm
6th week: CC glasses from 9pm
GOAL!
This process takes same time, but reduces the risk for unwanted large shifts in the circadian rhythm that might produce jet-lag symptoms. The gradually advancing start of the darkness-time allows your body to adjust smoothly. For an even stronger effect Chrono Chrome recommends the use of a dawn simulating lamp followed by bright light after waking up.
